As for a mark out of 5 for PlansXpress for use by the average house builder/self builder’s, then it would be 4.5 – it gets this because it is totally focussed and does the job it was intended for. It is however not the market leader, but does it need to be? If the support is good and you get swift answers, plus get some
decent training/on-line tuition and start with a simple job, working up to larger projects how can you fail at this price and this specification.
